A. Once the company has agreed to act as your local agent, a written binding document, clearly identifying the services required and the service to be provided will be drawn up for both parties to sign.

Q. How do I know that the agents who work for the company are trustworthy?

A. JBF carries out due diligence on all its agents, this includes police background checks, references from current and past employers, liquidity status.

Instead, it seeks to use a competitive selection process, and selection is based on demonstrated understanding of the requirements, a proven ability to deliver on time and to the stated standards, and the most competitive price.
